The Perfect 7-Step Ayurvedic Morning Routine

Below, Pritika shares her seven-step Ayurvedic morning routine to rise and shine, no matter which side of the bed you wake up on.

1. Waking Up With the Sun

Aligning your wake-up time with the natural rhythm of the sun supports the body’s circadian rhythm and promotes vitality and energy.

2. Meditation

Starting your day with meditation (even just five minutes) cultivates mindfulness, reduces stress, and promotes mental clarity and emotional balance.

3. Tongue scraping

Tongue scraping helps remove toxins that accumulate on the tongue overnight and promotes overall detoxification.

4. Skincare

Establishing a simple daily skincare routine that you can follow morning and night is so important.

5. Breathing Exercises

6. Facial Massage
