Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon chamomile blossoms, dried
1 teaspoon lemon balm, dried
1/2 teaspoon lavender blossoms, dried
Honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large, heat-proof container, combine all ingredients and gently stir.
2. Let steep for 15-20 minutes.
3. Strain into cups. Add honey to taste.
