Banana Peanut Butter Bark

Ingredients:
3 bananas, sliced into coins
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
Flaky sea salt
Instructions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper, and spread the banana slices evenly on a tray.
2. Melt the peanut butter in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Spread the peanut butter evenly on the tray.
5. Repeat with chocolate and swirl together using a toothpick.
6. Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the peanut butter and chocolate.
7. Add a pinch of sea salt.
8. Freeze for three hours.
9. Break into pieces, and enjoy!
