Strawberry Crumble

Ingredients:
Strawberries
1 heaping cup chopped strawberries
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon arrowroot powder
Crumble
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon ground flax
2 tablespoons protein powder or almond flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Pinch of sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F, and coat an oven-safe dish with oil.
2. Wash and chop strawberries.
3. Mix them with maple syrup, vanilla, and arrowroot.
4. Transfer the strawberries to the oven-safe dish.
5. Combine the dry crumble ingredients, and mix in the butter with a fork or your hands, making sure the butter is incorporated.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbling.
7. Enjoy!
*Optional: Top with plain coconut yogurt and flaky sea salt.
