Ingredients:
1 bag organic fresh cranberries
2 cups organic cranberry juice
1 bundle fresh rosemary
1 bottle champagne, sparkling water, or 2 cans Poppi Cranberry Fizz.
Instructions:
1. The day before your party, prep the ice cubes. For best results, use a slightly oversized ice cube tray. (We prefer the silicone ones in big squares.)
2. Fill each section of the ice cube tray halfway with washed whole cranberries (five to eight per section or less for smaller ice cube trays).
3. Add a splash or two of cranberry juice
4. Add a small sprig of rosemary, approximately 1 1/2 inches long per ice cube.
5. Fill the remainder of the ice tray with filtered water.
6. Freeze overnight.
7. Display ice cubes in an ice bucket, and serve drinks in crystal glassware.
8. Cover ice with Champagne.
9. For an alcohol-free version, cover ice cubes in sparkling water or with Martinelli’s sparkling cider for kids.
