Hunching over computers and phones isn’t doing us any favors. Upper back and neck issues are becoming increasingly common, thanks to technology-related posture resulting in what is colloquially referred to as tech neck. It causes problems like neck and upper back pain, headaches, and reduced mobility, along with rounded shoulders and the oh-so-sexy-sounding neck hump.
Celebrity Pilates instructor Nonna Gleyzer sees many clients with tech neck, so she created an under-10-minute stretch routine that targets our all-important (and stressed-out) muscles.
